Get ready to take the next step toward your career in law enforcement with our focused and practical 2-hour PREP (Physical Readiness Evaluation for Police) Training Course, hosted at Canadore College.

Led by a PREP-certified instructor with over 30 years of experience in the field, this clinic is designed to give you a realistic, hands-on preview of what to expect on test day. You’ll go through the technical and physical components of the PREP exactly as required to pass the official police fitness standard in Ontario.

Our 30-minute personal training sessions, offered over 8 weeks, are designed to target the exact skills and physical requirements you’ll face during the test.

Whether it's building the upper-body power needed for the body push/pull machine, improving agility and speed for the obstacle course, or increasing cardiovascular endurance for the shuttle run, each session is tailored to your current fitness level and goals. With focused, one-on-one coaching, you'll develop:

With over 30 years of experience in the fitness and policing prep world, Jason is a trusted expert in Police Readiness and Functional Fitness. A proud Canadore College graduate, Jason has dedicated his career to helping individuals reach their physical potential—especially those pursuing careers in law enforcement.

Jason has taught in the Police Foundations Course at Canadore College for more than 30 years and has the experience and knowledge you want and need to draw upon.

For Jason, fitness isn’t a job—it’s a way of life. As a lifelong athlete and coach, his mission is to prepare you not only to pass your tests, but to build the strength, confidence, and the mindset you need to thrive in a demanding career.
